Lawrence Kinnard, 79, Sebastian, FL., passed away on July 16, 2013 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL.
Mr. Kinnard was born on July 17, 1933 in Mason County West Virginia.
He had been a resident of Sebastian, FL., for 17 years coming from Perry Hall, Maryland.
Mr. Kinnard served his county in the United States Air Force
Before retirement Mr. Kinnard was an Electrician for IBEW Local 24 in Baltimore, Maryland.
He was a member of the Shiloh Ranch Church.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sallie Kinnard, Sebastian, Florida, daughter, JoAnn Hopkins, Sebastian, Florida, brothers, John Kinniard, Selbyville, Deleware, Marvin Kinniard, Glen Burnie, Maryland, James Kinniard, Ocean Pines, Maryland, sisters, June Kinniard, Baltimore, Maryland, Irma Zochok, Brooklyn, Maryland.
