Lorraine A. Guthrie, 61, of Sebastian passed away on Monday, February 7, 2011 at the VNA Hospice House of Vero Beach.
She was born December 3, 1949 in Schenectady, NY and was a resident of Sebastian for 11 years coming from Boynton Beach, FL.
She worked for Treasure Coast Elementary as a teacher, and was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church. Mrs. Guthrie was also a frequent contributor to reader snapshot at Press Journal.
Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Glenn Guthrie of Sebastian; sons Daniel Guthrie of Sebastian, Matt Guthrie of Lantana, FL, and Jesse Guthrie of Sebastian; daughter Marissa Guthrie of Sebastian.
She was predeceased by her parents Ed and Helen Rynasko; brother Michael Rynasko; and sister Diane Rynasko Sanders.
Services: A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10:30am, Saturday, February 12, 2011 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, with a reception to follow at the church.
