She was a member of the Vero Beach Orchid Society
Mrs. Garland is survived by her husband of 44 years; Frank A. Garland Jr., Sebastian, FL. Daughters; Lauren Petagno, Point Pleasant, NJ., Cheryl Tomkowich, Jacksonville, FL. Sons; Paul Garland, Centerville, OH., Frank A Garland III, Sebastian, FL.
She is preceded in death by parents; Phillip & Mary Kernan, sister; Barbara Kernan
