Marie E. Moore - Has gone to be with her Lord on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the VNA Hospice of Vero Beach, Florida after a long illness. Mrs. Moore has been a resident of Sebastian, FL for the past 24 years, having previously resided in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine.

Marie retired in 1990 after 25 years with the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard serving several years as President of the AFGE Union. She also had several part-time positions in Florida and was very active in the Saint Sebastian Women's Guild and Crafters Group; also was an avid reader and had taken writing classes at the Indian River Community College. Her most important positions held were that of Mother and Grandmother (and being a Comedian, although her nickname was "Teddie", it should have been "Lucy").

Marie leaves behind her loving husband, James Lewis Moore of Sebastian whom she spent over 69 years with; and her son, Reverend Michael Bruce and his wife Mary-Yoly Moore of El Paso, TX; her daughter, Susan Maureen and husband Frank Hale of Fremont, NH; and her daughter Colleen Elizabeth and her spouse Rene Poirier of Kittery, ME. She also is survived by nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her grandparents; parents; and her youngest son James Brian since 2011.

Donations may be made to the NHSPCA, Dementia Foundation or the charity of your choice. Private services will be at the Calvary Cemetary in Portsmouth, NH where she will be interred at a later date.
