Marion E Dickson – Lasher passed away on 10/23/2018 after putting up a long fight with Cancer, Raymond Simonin was by her side.

Marion was born in Kingston NY on 08/03/1944, the daughter of the late Richard Cortes Dickson and Marion Ellen Smith of Kingston NY.

Marion worked for IBM (International Business Machines) for app 25 years at their Boca Raton, Florida site and also at their Raleigh, North Carolina site.  Marion also worked for Lenovo for 3 years.

Marion is survived by her significant other who loved her unconditionally Raymond Simonin, her son Brian Lasher and grandson Liam Lasher who live in Raleigh North Carolina. 2 sisters Liz Dougherty, Ginger Salvador and 2 brothers Jim Dickson and Billy Dickson.

Marion did not want a memorial service. She wanted people to go on with life and enjoy the time they have left with each other, she would say don't wait because you never know what the next day will bring, enjoy your life now.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Florida Cancer center.
