Marjorie A. Morristell of Sebastian, Fla. died Monday.

Born Dec. 2, 1927, Midge, widowed at age 31 in 1959, raised her daughter Debbie and son Edward alone. Sadly, she had to endure her son's passing in 2011 and life was never quite the same. Midge was an exceptional seamstress, working for many years in a dress factory in Clarks Summit and she had a lifelong passion for all animals. She retired at age 69 and moved to a retirement community in South Florida. In 2021, she moved in with her daughter's family in Sebastian where she passed after 16 months.

In addition to her daughter, Debbie and son-in-law Mike Graham, she is survived by her late son's wife, Brenda; grandson, Edward Morristell and wife Nikki; and her precious great-grandsons, Ryder and Finn.

She was also predeceased by her grandson, Mark.

Services will be held at Seawinds Funeral Home in Sebastian on Friday and her favorite hymn, "All Is Well With My Soul" will be sung by a local pastor.
