Marshall Dennis Woods, 76, of Sebastian, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach. He was born June 28, 1935, in Detroit, MI, and moved to Sebastian 2 years ago from Fort Myers, FL. A seasonal resident, Marshall maintains a residence in Waters, MI. Marshall was a Tool and Die Master Mechanic in the automotive industry and a volunteer with Lee County Parks and Recreation, and RSVP in Michigan. He is survived by companion Carol Cummings of Sebastian, two daughters, Nancy Malik of MI, and Judy Eulitz of MI, 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brother Roger Woods of MI, and sister Patricia Brothers of MI. No services are scheduled.
