Michael William  Scarlett age 70 passed away on December 18, 2019 at Holmes Regional Hospital in Melbourne, Florida. Mike was born on March 18, 1949 in Camden, New Jersey and spent the early part of his life there. He was a graduate of Palmyra High School then joined the Air Force followed by the Army. Mike was also a Vietnam Veteran. He moved to Ozark Alabama in 1977 with his wife and there they started their family. Mike was preceded in death by his parents Ed and Kathryn Love Scarlett and his wife MaryAnn Scarlett.

Survivors include his two children Michael Scarlett Junior and daughter Kathleen Torres and her husband Brian; grandchildren Kayla and Dylan Torres, Rileigh and Callen Scarlett and his brother Ed Scarlett, sisters  Patti Miller and Eileen Horner and half sister Ellen Scarlett and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial service to be held in early 2020.
