Michael Edward Wolz died August 19, 2023 at the age of 82 in Sebastian, FL. He was the husband of Susan Fee Wolz for 48 years.   Mike's parents were the late  Edward and Martha Wolz. He attended local schools in the Miami Shores area and the University of Florida in Gainesville.

He was a captain in the United States Air Force in the early 1960's. He loved his family, all animals, especially the sister cats, Cuddles and Tutu, books by Harlan Coben, the opera "Carmen", snorkeling, music, traveling, cruising, gardening, especially growing roses and tomatoes, art museums and building furniture.

Along with his wife Susan, Mike is survived by his niece, Tiffany Morgan Malzahn, of Waco, Texas. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Letha Fowler (Bill) and Ann Fee; brother-in-law, Noah Ludlum. Five nieces and nephews, Janie Reed (Dale); William Gary Fowler (Pam); Timothy Ludlum, (Ann Marie); Kimberly Pomar and Patricia Fee; nineteen great nieces and nephews, Dennis Browning, Jennifer Pearl, Brian Pearl, Ryan DiVagno, Chris Fowler, Jon Fowler, Melissa Lamb, Jaclyn Wheaton, Venessa Kilbourne, Randy Bowers, Lindsay Bowers, Ryan Patterson, Christian Ludlum, Aaron Ludlum, Gil Pomar IV, David Pomar, Anne Arden Pomar, Ryan Reed, Shanyn Reed.  Fourteen great great nieces and nephews; Michael Gernie, Evan Gernie, Angela Pearl, Alaina Pearl, Ethan Fowler, Emma Fowler, Alexander Lamb, Devin Wheaton, Hudson Wheaton, Jourdan Ortiz, Jayce Ortiz, Gabriel Santiago, Grace Reed and Caden Reed.  Cruise Buddies; Kara and David Thacker, Karen and Nel Marquis.

Mark is preceded in death by his sister, Suzanne Wolz Morgan; Nieces Kelly Ludlum Bowers and Joann Fowler; Cruise Buddy, Sheilagh Marquis.

The family would like to thank, Sonata Vero Beach;  Pelican Landing-Memory Care of Sebastian; VNA-Hospice in Indian River for the warm care and support given to Mike.

A visitation will be at Seawinds Funeral Home, 735 Fleming St, Sebastian FL 32958 at 5:00pm with a Celebration of Life from 6:00pm to 6:30pm on Thursday, August 31, 2023.  Burial will be at the National Cemetery in Mims, Florida on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 9:00am.
