Nancy (Lester) Bennett Donohue passed away on July 12, 2016 at Bethesda on Turkey Creek in Palm Bay, Florida. She was 2 weeks away from her 105th birthday. She was born in Amagansett, New York to Frank and Sadie Lester July 29, 1911. Nancy was the co-founder of Brent's General Store in Amagansett which is still in existence today. She is predeceased by her husbands Brent Bennett, and James Donohue as well as her son Walter Bennett. She is survived by two daughters, Lois Tibbetts and Arlene Creaser of Micco, FL and one son Brentford Bennett of Springs, East Hampton, NY.
11 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. She was an avid bingo player and loved to crochet. She is now playing bingo with the angels. There will be a celebration of life for her at a later date.
