NICHOLAS (NICK) GARY STEVENS, 66, passed away on May 25, 2015 in Sebastian, Florida. Nick was the loving father of Nicholas (Lori Weiszchowski) and Christa (Sean Mahaney), sweet grandfather to Elinor and Cora Mahaney, and grandfather figure to many. He had so many friends whose companionship he cherished. Nick was born in Cleveland, Ohio, had two siblings, Thomas and Andrea, and was the youngest son of Carol (Kruk) and Nicholas. Nick was a graduate of Rhodes High School in Cleveland and the owner of several successful small businesses in both Ohio and Florida. In Florida, he loved to golf, fish, and marvel at the spectacular sunsets off the coast but remained a devoted and enthusiastic fan of the Cleveland Browns and Indians. Nick enjoyed living life to the fullest, and took great pleasure in spending time with friends and family. He saw the best in everyone, and was generous with his time and praise for others. He will be missed by many.
There are no current memorial plans. Nicholas requested a memorial service in front of one of his favorite places (Earls hideaway). It's near historical Sebastian Fl. There, we will celebrate his life and spread his ashes into water. Please contact his son, Nicky, for future date.
