Norma C (Pinky) Givens, 88, of Vero Beach, FL and formally of Laurel, DE passed on Saturday, December 23, 2017.  Pinky was the daughter of the late Ernest and Golda Collins of Sharptown, MD.  She is survived by her husband of 66 years Minos Givens, her son Bret Givens, and a daughter in law Dawn Givens.  Services will be private.  In  lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to HALO RESCUE 710 Jackson St, Sebastian, FL 32958.  An online guestbook may be signed at www.seawindsfh.com .  Seawinds Funeral Home is honored to serve the Givens family.
