Norman Frazier, 89, of Barefoot Bay Florida, formerly of Exeter, Rhode Island died on March 17 in Sebastian, Florida. He leaves behind his wife, Sally, of 62 years, and his 5 children, Cheryl LeDoux, Jill Saxon, Cindy Wisniewski, Scott Frazier, and Lori Gooding, 11 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. Norman was a veteran of the Korean War, and owner of United Appliance Service. He also served 8 years on the Exeter/West Greenwich school committee. He moved to Barefoot Bay in 1999 where he was a member of the Barefoot Bay Senior Softball League. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date in Rhode Island.
