Orpha Cook (Lindauer) Cook's Obituary
Orpha Cecelia Cook, age 85, passed away on May 12th, 2014, with her husband Tom by her side.
She was born August 25, 1928 to James and Cecelia Lindauer in Saginaw Michigan. Growing up in Bay City, Michigan, she was one of seven children.
She loved traveling and has been in all 50 states except for Hawaii. She traveled abroad. She loved fishing,
but most important she loved her family.
She was preceded in death by her first child, Maureen Strong.
Orpha leaves behind lots of people who loved her. Her husband of 49 years, Tom Cook; her children Mark Holloway of Clear Lake, California, Carol Barrile (Jimmy) of Toney Alabama, Patrick (PJ) Holloway of North Reading, Massachusetts, Laurie Gundlach (Ron) of Pinetta, Florida, and Susan (Susie) Garrigus (David) of Fort Pierce, Florida.
She had 16 grand children and 8 great grand children, whom she loved dearly and they all loved her. She will be sadly missed.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to VNA Hospice House of Vero Beach, 901 37th St, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
