Obit: Patrick "Putt" Harmon Braz

Patrick (Putt) Harmon Braz died unexpectedly on 6/6/2012 at 43 years of age. Born on 12/2/1968 in Boca Raton, Fl to Bernard and Connie H. Braz.. Putt attended schools in Boca Raton, Okeechobee, and Sebastian Fl., as well as Jackson Hole Wyoming. Putt married in the early 90's to Stacey and owned operated the Riveredge Resort and Casino in Alberton, MT before returning to his home in Sebastian. Stacey and Putt went their own ways soon after. Putt was active in the mattress business much of his time in Sebastian, as well as a foreman air boat operator in the Everglades for a field crew. Putt enjoyed fishing, boating and the out-of-doors growing up on the Sebastian River. He was an avid drummer in his early days. Putt was well known for his quirky sense of humor and out-spokeness. We all loved him for his irreverence. He was a beautiful man inside and out with a smile that could light up a room. Putt was preceded in death by his father Bernard Braz. He is survived by his mother and step father Connie Braz Hill and James H. Hill of Soldotna, Alaska. His brother Fritz and his wife Jessica and children of Marco Island, FL., his 1/2 sister Darci A. Braz of Stuart, Fl. , his 1/2 sister Dawn (Dee Dee) Braz of Port Charlotte Fl, Step brother James H. Hill Jr. of Cudjoe Key, FL and step brother Cory J. Hill of St. Louis, MO. Putt had no children, but many, many friends, loving nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles who will all miss him dearly. In lieu of flowers donation may be mad to the Juvenile Diabetes Association. A celebration of Putts life will be held at Mulligan's Beach House 806 Indian River Dr. Sebastian Fl.
