Pauline "Polly" G. Chaison (Nee O'Brien), 77, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2020 after a brief illness.  Polly was born April 1, 1942 in Bangor, ME. She attended John Bapst High School in Bangor, ME. She married Paul soon after graduation and were married for 56 years until Paul's death in 2016. IBM moved her to many places. She met many friends.  They retired permanently in Sebastian, FL. after moving from Boca Raton.  Her passions included painting, family, friends and volunteering. Polly and her faithful guide dog "Rita" were well known wherever they went. Together they were active with the CCW group of St. Sebastian church, The Sebastian Lions and taught cane mobility in the low vision group. She had a love of family and friends like no other.

Polly was preceded in death by her parents Richard O'Brien (Anne), husband Paul, Son-In-Law Scott and infant granddaughter Jennifer. Surviving Polly are her four children; Kristen Sieck of Sebastian, FL; Katie Buck (Ed) of Pompano, FL; Richard Chaison (Carmen) of Margate, FL. and Joseph Chaison (Erin) of Tequesta, FL.  And her faithful guide dog "Rita". She also leaves behind her sister, Christine Greer (John) of Brewer, ME. Two brothers; Richard O'Brien of Haverhill, MA. and Michael O'Brien (Joanie) of Sebastian,  FL; 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on  March 14, at 1 PM, at Saint Sebastian church.
