Phillip Wayne Hartsfield, Sr., 63, of Vero Beach, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at the Indian River Medical Center.
He was born October 23, 1947 in Vero Beach, Florida and was a resident of Vero Beach all his life.
He retired from Indian River County, as a Road and Bridge division foreman. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran having served during the Viet Nam era.
Survivors include his loving wife Debi Hartsfield of Vero Beach, FL, son Phillip W. Hartsfield, Jr of Sebastian, FL, daughters Frances Hartsfield of Sebastian, FL and Kamala Konjevich of Rockledge, FL, 9 grandchildren, his brothers and sisters, Janet Peterson of Tavares, FL, Maddy Conners of Melbourne, FL, Dora Studer of Vero Beach, FL, Linda Lorton of Tampa, FL, Henry Hartsfield of Lake Panasoffkee, FL and Ed Hartsfield of Perry, FL.
A memorial service will be held privately.
