He was born in Shawnee, OK 10/03/1928
He served in the US Navy From 1948 to 1968 - this includes the following wartime service periods:
Korean War 1950 - 1955
Vietnam War 1964-1968
He was honorably discharged with a 30% disability 1968.
He is survived by his wife Juliana Cifrak Hatchett, son Raymond L. Hatchett Jr., daughter Debbi Harris, & sisters Doris Lane, and Lois Pettus.
