Raymond Walters' Obituary
Raymond Lewis Walters went home to be with his Lord April 5, 2016. Born the son of John S. Walter and Birdie Lieberman Walter Dec. 15, 1921 in Belfast,PA. Served our country in World War II as Special Equip Operator 932 photographer of the 8th division of the Army Air Force. Decorations American Theater Ribbon, Victory Medal, European African Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon. Retired from Northampton, Pennsylvania School District ,custodian. Survived by his children, Tommy-Ray Walters (Marcy), Kevin Walters (Alesya), Shawnn Ward (Paul), nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, ex wife Elynore Tedeschi.
