Regina Medina, 85, of Sebastian, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2011, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach. Regina was born October 30, 1926, in Puerto Rico, and moved to Sebastian 18 years ago from New York City, NY. She was a seamstress in the garment industry, and a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Pedro Medina of Sebastian, daughter Grace Nielsen of TX, two sons, David Medina of NJ and Alvin Medina of Sebastian, four grandchildren, and brother Hilberto Gonzalez of Puerto Rico.
Services: Visitation will be 6 to 8 Wednesday, December 14, at Seawinds Funeral Home in Sebastian. Funeral mass will be 11am Thursday, at St. Sebastian Catholic Church. Burial will be 10:45 Friday at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL. Arrangements by Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Sebastian, FL.
