Richard Confort was born on April 20, 1946, he passed away on May 24, 2023. He was born in Bronx, New York and moved to Florida in 1989. He had two sons Anthony and Joseph Confort. He also has three stepchildren, Deanna Rooney, Jason Rooney, and Robert Rooney. He also has two daughter In-laws Jennifer Confort and Patricia Rooney. Richard had nine grandchildren, Angelique, Ashley, Paige, Alexandra, Angelo Confort, Christeanna Wescott, Alexa Rooney and Pam and Timothy Gool. He has five great grandchild Addison Grace Lanning, Mikayla, Michael, Alivia and Matthew Gool.

He was welcomed into Heaven by his Wife Susan, Mother Sophie Muldowney and Father Angelo Conforti. And his son's mother Janet Lynn Fiechter.

Richard was a Navy Veteran and retired as a New York City Detective.  Richard and his wife Susan owned a florist in Fort Pierce. He also was a supervisor for the Department of Children and Families here in Florida. He also worked for a company called FAUX they were a specialty paint company. He was a taxi driver in NY City. And held many jobs where he was a waiter. Richard was also a member  to the Masonic Lodge and was a Master Mason at one point.
