Richard Lester Evans' Obituary
Richard Lester Evans Sr., 70, Micco FL., passed away on Monday July 30, 2012 at Life Care Center in Palm Bay, FL.
He was born in Providence RI., and has been a resident of Micco, FL for the last 9 years.
Survivors are his wife, Carolyn (Hathaway) Evans; a son, Col. Richard Lester Evans Jr., serving in Afghanistan; and a daughter, Kelly Carlson of NC. He is also survived by two brothers, Charles W. Evans and Dale F. Evans both of RI., and 3 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Scott M. Evans and his parents, Charles W. Evans Sr. and Mary (Follett) Evans.
Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family in Rhode Island.
Service Arrangements are under the direction of Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Sebastian. A guest book is available www.seawindsfh.com
