Richard A Lamoureux

November 19th, 1944 - May 19th, 2018

Richard passed away stoically & peacefully on Saturday evening, May 19, 2018 in his daughter's home surrounded by his family after a long battle of COPD.

Richard was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts on November 19th, 1944.

Richard served his country in the US Navy and was discharged in 1964.
He then relocated to Chicopee, Massachusetts.

Richard was an accomplished Carpenter and retired from a 30 year career as a construction project manager for multiple large Florida construction companies.

Richard leaves behind his beautiful wife, Donna who was the love of his life. In addition, his three children, Shawn and spouse Michelle, Tracy and spouse Mike, Todd and spouse Aryssia.

Richard was born to his predeceased parents Alfred Lamoureux and Lee Hood  in addition to his much adored step Mother, Barbara Lamoureux.

Richard also leaves behind his 4 sisters: Laurie Ricardi, Ellen Bussman, Patty Ortiz, and Judy Mancini . In addition, his only brother Mark Barbeau.

And last but NOT least his beautiful grandchildren: Cody, Peyton, Casey, Gianna, Nicholas, Trevor & Taylor. As well as GREAT grandchildren Brody and Autumn.

One of Richard's greatest pastimes was watching his all-time favorite New England Patriots and playing golf.
Relaxing, laughing and watching his family grow was also at the top of his pastime list.

Richard requested there be no funeral services.
