Robert W. Bordeaux, 88, of Sebastian, FL, passed away on November 3, 2011, at Palm Garden of Vero Beach. He was born August 7, 1923, in Charleroi, PA and moved to Sebastian 12 years ago from Sunrise, FL. He was a WWII veteran, serving as Lieutenant in the US Navy. Robert worked as an industrial salesman in the steel industry. He belonged to the 1st Presbyterian Church of Sebastian and was a member of their former men's club. He was a member of Tailhookers, and a volunteer with Teen Challenge.
He is survived by his long time companion Janet Cahill of Sebastian, two sons Robert Bordeaux of Kintnersville, PA, and John Bordeaux of Potomac Falls, VA, daughter Sue Hawkins of Waldron AR, five grandchildren, sister Annette Zeisler of Manchester, NJ, and brother Zen Baudaux of Manchester, NJ.
