Robert V. (Bob) Lafferty, loving husband, brother, and uncle, went home to be with his Lord on Friday, March 11, 2016. Bob was 65 years old.

Born in Port Author, Texas, he made his home in Sebastian, Fl., Bob served his country in the United States Navy from 1970-1974 and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Sebastian.

Bob is survived by his wife, Betty; two sisters, Joan Richards of Beech Creek, Pa, and Gayle Lafferty of Vero Beach, Fl; one brother William Lafferty and his wife, Henrietta of Belleair Shore, Fl; and numerous much loved nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Eleanor Lafferty.

Bob is being buried in the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonia, Tx. A memorial service is to be held Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 6:00 pm at Calvary Baptist Church, 123 Thunderbird Drive, Sebastian, FL.
