Ronald J. Langford Jr., 95, of Sebastian, FL., passed away November 30, 2021.

He was born in Lynn, MA., on August 15, 1926. He grew up in Swampscott, MA., before settling at Pelican Pointe in Sebastian for retirement.

Ronald served during World War II in Guam with the United States Navy. He fondly remembers his buddy from the Navy, Marshall Gilbert, through his many stories. He worked in sales for New England Telephone Co. for 30 years while raising his family. He met and married the love of his life, Corinne (McPhee) Langford and they enjoyed 70 years of marriage together and raised four children. Ronald was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

Ronald was a disciplined and religious man attending church on Sundays and reciting the rosary daily. He loved boating, camping, and traveling. Spending summers camping on Cape Cod when the kids were young, and traveling across country twice when they were older. Boating in the summers to catch fish or a good fish story. They spent many summers visiting their out of state children.

He was a generous and kind friend who loved to share or tell a funny joke; often laughing himself before getting the punch line out! He often got his material from his son-in-laws.

He loved to golf, and spent many days in retirement golfing with his family and friends. He especially loved his family's gift of golf at "Pebble Beach," that his children made sure he achieved. He enjoyed his "cracker jack" shrimp at Mulligan's Beach House in Sebastian with his daughter, Debbie, on Tuesdays; always looking forward to seeing Renee. He loved his lobster rolls on Friday with Debbie at Pelican Diner. He could watch the golfers out the window while having a bite of New England!

Ronald is pre-deceased by his loving wife, Corinne (McPhee) Langford, and his grandson Adam DePaolo.

Ronald is survived by his children Deborah (Kevin) Donnelly, Sandra (Patrick) Westrum, R.J. Langford III, and Ross J. Langford (April). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, Ryan (Myriah) Westrum, Erik (Kelly) Westrum, Heidi Westrum (Roger), Vivian Langford, Ross Langford Jr. (Julia), Kalvyn Langford, Skylar Langford, and many great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at the Seawinds Funeral Home Chapel on January 29, 2022 beginning at 11:00am.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, Florida or the Parkinson's Foundation.
