Ronald Bennett Lavender, 60, of Sebastian, FL., passed away on June 13, 2020, at Sebastian River Medical Center.

Ronnie was born in Hialeah, FL, to Bill and Ginger Lavender.  Ronnie was raised and educated in Boca Raton, FL.  He moved to Sebastian in the early 1980s where he started his business as a landscaper.  After moving to Sebastian, he met the love of his life, Suze.  Ronnie and Suze, expanded their business and became Lavender Lawn Care, Inc.   Ronnie's life force was his love for Suze and the enjoyment of his family, friends, and customers.  Ronnie had a soft spot for every animal he came across.  His soul belonged to the sea and he never met a motorcycle, lawnmower or a piece of equipment that he didn't love.

Ronnie is preceded in death by his father, Felton Desmond "Bill" Lavender.  Ronnie is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Susan "Suze" Lavender; mother, Ginger Lavender; sister, Starr (Tom) Downey; his twin brother, Randy (Wendy); brother, Bobby (Kim) as well as numerous extended family members.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2020, at 2 PM at Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 S. Fleming St., Sebastian, FL, 32958.  In accordance with the current COVID-19 guidelines, all visitors at the visitation will be required to wear face masks and observe social distancing.  Please be aware that the number of visitors at the funeral home will be safely monitored by the funeral home staff during the visitation.
