Rufus Boozer's Obituary
Rufus "Lee" Boozer, Jr., 83, of Live Oak, FL formerly of West Palm Beach, FL passed away September 26, 2017. He was born on April 28, 1934 in West Palm Beach, FL to Rufus Lee and Lucile R. (Himes) Boozer.
Rufus proudly served in the U.S. Army. He was a "History" buff and loved restoring old cars. He was a big "Chevrolet" enthusiast.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Syble Barkoskie VanAntwerp Boozer of Sebastian; step-son, Steve VanAntwerp of Sebastian; step-daughter, Susan Shaw of Palm Bay; grandchildren, Michael VanAntwerp, Brandon VanAntwerp, Kaycie VanAntwerp, Robin Shaw, and Karen Shaw; and two great-grandsons.
Visitation will be from 10:00am until services at 11:00am at Seawinds Funeral Home, 735 S. Fleming Street, Sebastian, FL 32958. Interment will follow at the Fellsmere Brookside Cemetery.
