Ruth Elizabeth Simmons (MacNeill), 82 years young, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2022 at her home in Sebastian, FL with family at her bedside. Originally from Yeadon, PA she moved to Philadelphia with her husband before eventually relocating to Sebastian, FL in 2002.

She is survived by her husband, John of 58 years; her four children: Ruth (Bill), Cheryl (Dave), Joann, and John (Joan); nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, William and Robert; many nieces and nephews; and multiple grand cats, dogs, and reptiles.

She was preceded in death by her parents William and Ruth MacNeill.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to go to your favorite charity in her name.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
