Ruth L. Tanguay, 73, of Sebastian, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2012, at Palm Garden Nursing Home in Vero Beach. Ruth was born October 25, 1938 in Dracut, MA, and moved to Sebastian 11 years ago from Goffstown, NH. Ruth was an insurance receivables clerk and worked for Continental Insurance Co. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Arthur Tanguay of Sebastian, sons Daniel Tanguay of Pepperell, MA, Gary Tanguay of Litchfield, NH, and Kevin Tanguay of Chelmsford, MA, daughter Debra Kilcher of Townsend, MA, 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and sisters Lorraine Delisle of Cincinnatti, OH and Eileen Turcotte of Dreacut, MA. She was predeceased by her brother Richard Delisle. No services are scheduled. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
