Sharon Lee Mahood, of Sebastian, Florida passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2021with family at her side.

Sharon was born in Newburgh, NY on May 4, 1950 to Clifford A. and Helen Cables-Mahood.

She was retired from the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Sharon was a kind loving person who devoted her life to her family.

Sharon is survived by her daughter Jennifer and Dennis Tokarzewski of Barefoot Bay, FL; her grandchildren John and Kassandra Velasquez of Pennsylvania, Devin Velasquez of Florida, Andrew Tokarzewski of Michigan, and Brandi Tokarzewski also of Michigan; her sisters Patricia Scott of Florida, Virginia and John Eckert of New York, and Elizabeth MacNear of New York; brother in law Lee VanNess of Florida; and sister in laws Philomena Mahood and Helen Mahood. She is also survived by several beloved nieces and nephews.

Sharon was predeceased by her parents Clifford and Helen Mahood; her sister Irene VanNess; her brother Clifford Mahood; her brother in laws Stanley MacNear and Robert Scott; her niece Susan McMahon; and her nephew Phillip Spindler.

Memorial service and interment will be held at the Cedar Hill Mausoleum, Middlehope, NY on May 27 at 11:00am.
