Susan Confort was born on January 20, 1947, she died unexpectedly on May 19, 2022. She was born in New York and moved to Vero Beach Florida in 1989, shortly after marrying her now husband Richard Confort. She had four children Robert Rooney Jr, Sean Rooney, Deanna Rooney, and Jason Rooney. She was welcomed into Heaven by her beloved son, Sean Rooney, her children's father, Robert Rooney Sr., and her parents and siblings. She also has two stepsons, Anthony and Joseph Confort. She also had two daughter in-laws Patricia Rooney and Jennifer Confort. She loved her grandchildren very much - Christeanna Wescott; Alexa Rooney; Angelique, Ashley, Paige, Alexandra, and Angelo Confort; Tim Westfall; and Pam Gool. She had five great grandchildren, the newest, Addison Grace Lanning, just a month old when Mrs. Confort passed, and Mikayla, Michael, Olivia, and Matthew Gool. She had amazing skills, she once worked on a farm, owned a hot dog truck, was a hairdresser, owned a florist shop, worked at an exotic paint company, and most recently, Susan and her husband owned a company getting homes ready to sell. To say the least, she had very many talents. She definitely had a great sense of humor and was a tell it like it is type of woman. You never questioned what she was thinking but you always knew she loved you. Besides her children, her other biggest accomplishment was being sober for over 30 years. She will be greatly missed and was loved by many. This is not goodbye but until we see you again. Love, your husband, children, and grandchildren.
