Beloved sister, friend, and wife, Susie brought laughter and joy to all of her family and friends with her infectious dimply smile and effervescent wit and personality. Her lifelong occupation as an emergency room RN spilled over into taking care of elderly loved ones throughout her life, as well as friends and family around her.

She was born in Coral Gables, Florida and moved to Sebastian, Florida 19 years ago. Ever the social butterfly, she made numerous friends wherever she went, always decked out in hats or flowers in her hair, and weather permitting, gloves of course.

Susie is survived by husband Mike Stern, sisters, Barbara Tower and Desiree Tower Simpson (husband, Kevin), brother, Nelson Lysle Tower III (wife, Pati), nephews, Zach and Lysle IV, nieces Chelsea (her little duck) and Jackie (husband, Jonathan), Aunt Ginger Tower and cousins, Angie and Cathy.

Susie, you left us too soon and you will be sorely missed.

A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
