Thomas Lee Butts, 64, Vero Beach, FL., passed away on March 29, 2013 at Sebastian River Medical Center, Sebastian, FL.
Mr. Butts was born on December 24, 1949 in Livermore, CA.
He was a resident of Vero Beach for the past 54 years coming from Chesterfield, VA.
Before retiring Mr. Butts worked as a Police Officer and after his Law Enforcement career he worked as a Property Manager managing Properties. He also served in the United States Airforce.
Mr. Butts was a life member of the VFW.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Joyce W. Butts, Vero Beach, FL., son, Matthew Scott Butts, Wesley Chapel, FL., step-son, Calvin Owens, Sebastian, FL., step-daughter, Christy Lenz, Sebastian, FL., sisters, Karen Butts-Carter and Ruth Frick, 2 grandchildren.
