Thomas Allen Flanigan, age 79 of Barefoot Bay.  FL, passed away Tues. Aug. 19th, 2025.

He was born to the late Ronald and Maxine Flanigan. Preceded in death by  his sister, Linda Winget.  He married Diann Flanigan on Aug. 15th, 1965. They lived in Lima, OH until 1993. They moved to Pennsylvania in 1993. They then moved to Barefoot Bay in 2004 and have resided there since.

Tom loved his family and took pride in each of them. He was a amazing husband and father to his family. Tom was a active member of the Sebastian United Methodist church. He love working in the Thrift shop organizing the items. His other passions were golfing, fishing, or just tinkering in his shed.

Tom is survived by his wife Diann and his son Eric (Tracy) Flanigan of Ohio and his daughter Bethany (Mike) Waltemyer of Pennsylvania.  He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11AM on Sat. Sept. 6th at Sebastian United Methodist  Church. Refreshments will follow.
