Thomas Lorring Heal, Sr.'s Obituary
Thomas L. "Tommy" Heal, 70, son of the late Kendon and Marie (Polito) Heal, died Sunday, August 19, 2018 at his home in Sebastian, FL. He was born March 25, 1948 in Manchester, CT and was a lifelong resident of Manchester until moving to Florida in 2014. He graduated from Cheney Tech and worked at International Fuel Cells Division of United Technologies as an electrician for over 37 years. He was an avid boater and loved the waters of Watch Hill, RI. He is survived by 2 sons, Thomas Heal, Jr and his wife Becky of Florida, and Steven Heal and his girlfriend Debbie Willis of Lebanon, his former wife, Elizabeth Heal of Manchester, and a step son Todd Wood and his wife Elise of Hebron. He also leaves 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 3 nieces and a nephew, and many wonderful friends. He was predeceased by his sister, Janice (Heal) Lassonde and his best friend Duke. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. A Celebration of his Life will be held on Saturday, September 22
