On Sunday, September 8, 2019, our family said goodbye to our Dad, Thomas A. Lassandro, a loving husband and father of five children passed away at the age of 84. Dad was born on October 27, 1934 in the Bronx, NY to Michele and Augusta. Dad grew up in City Island, NY.

On June 14th, 1958, he married the love of his life Grace Jane Hinds. Together they raised two daughters Patricia and her husband Wayne Anderson, Jennifer and her husband Steve Glass, and three sons Tom and his wife Diane, Russell and his wife Terrie, and Keith and his wife Linda.

Dad also leaves behind eleven grandchildren: Heather, Audrey, Mike, Jessica, Emily, Kailey, Tanner, Kaitlin, Ian, Spencer, Genna and one great granddaughter; Ada Grace.

Dad had a passion for woodworking, music, classic movies, history and a love of the sea.

Dad was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, his beautiful blue eyes and his kind and compassionate spirit.

Dad your legacy echoes behind you in the family you led so well. We couldn't be prouder to share your name. You will always be with us in our hearts and souls.
