Tina Rose, 99, born in Duqusne, PA on January 18th, 1927, passed away in Sebastian, FL on July 30, 2026.

She is survived by two daughters, Marlyn Rose and Janice White. Four grandchildren, William Rose, Christopher White, Gregory White, and Ashley Lollis. Six great grandchildren, Bryson Lollis, Makenzie Lollis, Kelsey Lollis, Cooper White, Avery White, and Lee White.

Tina enlisted to served her country in the Army Air Corps during World War 2 on December13th, 1943. She quickly rose from Private to Corporal, working on the engines of B17 and B29 as an airplane mechanic. During her time in the service, Tina was stationed in New Mexico and was often referred to as "PepsiCola Kid" as she would choose to drink PepsiCola over alcohol.

In 1948 she met a Merchant Marine named William Harlod Rose. William and Tina married on February 6th,1948 and remained married for 57 years. During those 57 years, Tina bore three children; Marlyn Rose, Billy Rose, and Janice White. After completing her service time, the family moved around the United States before retiring in Sebastian in 2000.
