Walter E. Bertling, 86, Sebastian, FL, passed away on June 15, 2013 at Sebastian River Medical Center in Sebastian, FL.
Mr. Bertling was born September, 10, 1926 in Buffalo, NY.
Before retiring he worked at Breitwieser Printing Company as a salesman in the printing industry.
He had been a resident of Sebastian, FL, for 20 years coming from Williamsville, NY.
He served in the U.S. Merchant Marines and the U.S. Coast Guard.
Mr. Bertling was member of American Legion Post No. 180, Sebastian, FL; Harmonie Lodge No. 699, F & AM, Buffalo, NY; Ismalia Temple AAONMS, W. Seneca, NY, and the Buffalo Canoe Club.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Wilma C. Bertling, Sebastian, FL.
Services will be scheduled at a later date.
