Willetta (JoAn) Gramm, 98, passed away on June 19, 2024 at her home in Sebastian.

Born in Idaville, Indiana she was the daughter of Lester and Johanna Blair.

JoAn was an avid lifetime gardener. She was the roots and a founding member of The Garden Club Park on Barber Street in Sebastian as well as an active board member of the Cincinnati Welcome Wagon.

She is survived by her three children, Joe, Val, and Rob, her daughter in law Cherie, her brothers Skip and Wink, her five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her husband of 70 years, Lee.

Her family will hold a private memorial service.
