William J. Bouton, Jr., 78, of Barefoot Bay, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2011, at Sebastian River Medical Center. He was born June 27, 1933 in Stamford, CT, and moved to Barefoot Bay 15 years ago from Stamford. He was a Korean War veteran of the US Navy, and worked as an engineer at Excelsior Hardware in CT.He was a member of the Tin Can Sailors, the Moose, and the NRA. He is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Vick of Fort Mill, SC, and Laura Macklin of Tucson, AZ, three grandchildren, and sister Maye Vanderwal of Stockton, CA. He is predeceased by his wife, Frances Bouton, and daughter Michelle Lee Bouton. Services will be held privately. Donations can be made to Meals on Wheels, 3600 W. King St., Cocoa, FL 32926.
