William H. Carey, 83 of Sebastian, passed away on February 4 ^th , 2018.  Bill was born in Jersey City, NJ on August 26, 1934.  Survivors include his former wife, Carole Wenger (the mother of his children); his children, Cheryll Martin, Caryn Taggart, Billy Carey, and Cindy Vance; and his grandchildren, Carey, Carra, Keven, Shawna, Shanea, Kathryn, Brody, and Brighton.  Bill served in the U.S. Navy and retired as the NJ Gaming Commissioner before moving to Florida in 2005.  Family and friends are welcome to attend a Visitation from 5pm to 8pm on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Seawinds Funeral Home, 735 S.
