William Andrew Kearns II, 68, passed away January 17 at Sebastian River Medical Center.  Billy, or "Billy Whopper", as he was fondly known by many friends, was born July 22, 1951, in Mansfield Ohio and grew up in Delray Beach, Florida.  Billy was a gifted carpenter and loved fishing, sports, and was loved by all who got to know him.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Virginia Kearns.  He is survived by his son, Will Kearns(Jackie) and his brothers, Steve Kearns and Jeff Kearns.

Celebration of his life will be private.
