William (Bill) Lake, 81, passed away on November 7, 2023 in Sebastian, FL. Bill is survived by his wife of 35 years, Barbara Lake, his three children: Dr. Ryan Lake, Dr. Kevin Lake and Lydia Lake Chaney, Esq., and his six grandchildren: Brendan, Cory, and Tara Lake, Aidan and Sean Lake, and Kieran Chaney.

Bill hailed from Bayonne, New Jersey and has been a Florida resident for 22 years. He attended St. Peter's University in Jersey City for college and Fairleigh Dickinson University for his MBA and then went on to have a distinguish career as a Jersey City High School teacher. When Bill moved to Florida he served as an elected town Commissioner for the town of Inglis, FL for two years and was then elected Mayor of Inglis for one term.

Bill enjoyed fishing and boating and will be remembered for his love for his family and his pets.

The family will be memorializing Bill privately and appreciate all love and prayers for Bill to rest in peace.
