William "Bill" Joseph Schulke passed away peacefully, surrounded by his children, on December 5, 2023 at the age of 92 in Vero Beach, Florida.
Bill was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 15, 1931. He was the son of William Henry Schulke and Vivian Marie Schott.  Bill proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean conflict.  He married the love of his life, Gloria, in October 1964. Bill served in many organizations including the Brigantine and Vero Beach Lions Clubs, the Philadelphia Scholarship Foundation, the Vero Beach Power Squadron, and the United States Power Squadrons with memberships in both the Vero Beach and Sebastian Sail and Power Squadrons.  Bill was known for his passionate work ethic, resourcefulness, and drive to succeed. He will be remembered for his many great accomplishments as a plumbing contractor, commercial and residential home builder, real estate developer, and most recently small business owner/operator of Sebastian Quality Storage in Sebastian, FL.

Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 59 years, Gloria. He is survived by his children: William Henry Schulke (Susan),  Joseph William Schulke (Nadia), Kelly Schulke Richardson (John),  Marlenna Nicole Adams (Mark), and Elise Conrad Dailey (Michael).  He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren: Lisa (James); Alexandra and Olivia; John and Kaitlyn; William, Christopher, and Elizabeth; and John, Paul, Anthony, Elijah, and Isabella;  as well as his great-grandchildren Leo and Ruby, brothers Alexander and John, sister Colleen, and many nieces, nephews, and friends with whom he held dear to his heart. Bill was also preceded in death by his sisters Vivian and Willa and his brother Walter.

Services will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Seawinds Funeral Home, 735 Fleming St, Sebastian FL 32958.  Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm followed by a memorial service at 1:00 pm. Interment will be held at 11:00am on Monday, December 18, 2023 at the Sebastian Municipal Cemetery at 1921 N. Central Avenue, Sebastian, FL.
