Obit: William Earl Strauss
William Earl Strauss, 86, of Sebastian, FL died Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach
Mr. Strauss was born March 21, 1926 in Lakewood, OH and moved to Sebastian ten years ago from Ormond Beach, FL.
He had been a pilot and worked for the FAA prior to his retirement. Mr. Strauss was of the Christian Science faith. He was veteran of WW II, serving in the Army Air Corps, and a member of the VFW and the Moose lodge in Sebastian.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years Winifred Mae Strauss of Sebastian, FL; and a sister Mildred Ericson of Malvern, PA.
Memorial contributions may be made to Halo Pet Rescue, 710 Jackson Street, Sebastian, FL 32958.
Services: No services are planned locally.
